Privacy and recording consent

By purchasing a mini-mentorship or workshop through The Online Circle, I acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Purchase:

• I understand that the purchase of the workshop is a binding registration and I will contact the organizer if I can't make it to the live class. I can contact the organizer through email theonlinecircle (a) coherentia.fi

Recordings:

• I am aware that if the sessions are recorded, they are shared only with participants and for personal use only. Showing, sending or selling the recordings to others is strictly forbidden.
• I consent to the recording of these sessions and that the organizer may sell the recordings or use parts of them in the future for marketing purposes.
• I understand that my privacy will always be respected. If I ask questions aloud, the audio will remain in the recording, but my video will be hidden.
• I understand that it is not allowed to screenshot or record the video recording in any way to prolong access to the material.

Participating:

• I understand that I am responsible for having the necessary technology and internet connection to access the sessions.
• I agree to engage in the sessions in a respectful manner and understand that disruptive behavior is not tolerated. I will do my best to contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment.

• I respect everyone’s boundaries. I will not capture screenshots or record videos of others through the screen without consent.

• I recognize my privileges and give space. I'll be mindful of how much virtual space I occupy. I make room for others to share and participate. 

• I mind my language and terms that I use. I use only the gendered terms that individuals prefer and respect everyone's pronouns. If I don't know the pronouns, I either ask of use gender neutral terms. I will not comment on others’ appearance, body or any personal characteristics. If I speak about my body, I do so with appreciation and respect.

•  I take responsibility and stand against discrimination. Challenging discriminatory behavior is everyone’s responsibility. I understand that I am accountable for your actions. I'm aware that what may seem comfortable for me can cause discomfort for others. I'm open to receiving constructive feedback and adjust my behavior to create a better space for everyone.

Concerns or problems: 

• If I have any concerns or requests, I will contact the organizer directly.
